EDDM & Direct Mail Timing
For Every Door Direct Mail campaigns, plan on roughly 1–2 weeks from artwork approval to mailboxes: 3–5 business days of production plus 2–4 days of USPS delivery. We handle all USPS paperwork, bundling, and drop-off for you. If your campaign is tied to a specific date (grand opening, seasonal promotion), tell us when you order — call 512-573-1977 and we'll work backward from your in-home date.
What Can Delay an Order
- Artwork issues — low resolution, missing bleeds, or wrong dimensions. Our free file review catches these before printing, but fixes need your approval, which pauses the clock.
- Proof approval — production starts only after you approve the final proof. Approving quickly keeps your job on schedule.
- USPS volume periods — around major holidays and election seasons, USPS delivery can run slower than the typical 2–4 days.
