We put "cheapest" in our name, so we back it up: find a lower advertised price on a comparable job and we'll beat or match it — and if we make a production error, we reprint it free.
1. Lowest Price Guarantee
If you find a lower advertised price from another U.S. printing company on a comparable product — same size, paper stock, quantity, coating, color specification, and turnaround — contact us before placing your order with a link or written quote, and we will beat or match that price.
- Applies to published, publicly available prices from U.S.-based printers.
- The comparison must include shipping and (for EDDM) postage, so you're comparing true total cost.

2. Quality / Reprint Guarantee
If your order arrives with a verified production defect, we will reprint it at no charge. Production defects include:
- Wrong size, wrong paper stock, or wrong coating versus what you ordered
- Print quality problems — significant color shifts from the approved proof, banding, scratches, or misregistration
- Cutting or folding errors beyond standard tolerances
- Damage caused by our packaging or handling
To make a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We may request the defective pieces be returned or a sample mailed back to verify the problem.
3. What's Not Covered
- Errors in approved artwork — typos, wrong phone numbers, outdated offers, or low-resolution images that exist in the files you approved. Our free file review flags technical problems, but content is your responsibility.
- Color expectations — minor color variation is inherent to gang-run offset printing; on-screen colors will never match print exactly. If exact color is critical, ask us about options before ordering.
- USPS delivery timing — we guarantee our production schedule; USPS distribution times (typically 2–4 days for EDDM) are estimates set by the postal service.
4. Our Promise
